- As we enter our 2nd year we are thrilled to support the elaborate efforts being placed into the physical well-being of our community. We continue to educate ourselves on the various was to be a part of making Cleveland a safe, clean and sustainable place to live for many years and generations to come! From January - March 2026, $10 of every night booked at the impact room rate was donated to help the families in crisis stay together.
Providence House
This Cleveland based non-profit offers free, voluntary, non-custodial emergency shelter to children who are actively living in crisis situations. With your support, from October 2025 - January 2026, $10 of every night booked at the impact room rate was donated to help the families in crisis stay together.
Greater Cleveland Food Bank
- With 1 in 6 people in Northeast Ohio facing food insecurity, The Greater Cleveland Food Bank seeks to bridge the meal gap, connecting individuals with the nutritious meals they need to succeed and thrive. As the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio, their work is crucial in supporting over 404,000 people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties.

Our Pledge
- Thoughtful sourcing. We’re committed to sourcing 50% of our in-room products from local companies or companies making a positive global impact. Supporting these businesses and vendors allows us to have a greater impact on everything we do.
- No plastic water bottles on property. Simple as that. It’s a small sustainability effort that makes a big difference in the hospitality industry.
- Food + beverage sustainability efforts. Our kitchen is equipped with an Orca composting system that allows us to dramatically decrease our food waste and greenhouse emissions across all of our food and beverage operations.
- Impact Menu Item. Our team chooses one cause-related partner to receive a monetary donation from a select menu item ordered at any of our food and beverage outlets.
- Community Impact Partners. Every quarter we will select an organization making an impact in our community to receive a $10/night donation when guests book through our Community Impact offer.
